Abigail Spencer
Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor who is employed in television as well as in film. Her performances in the science-fiction and drama series "Timeless" along with "Rectify," became a cult. Born in Gulf Breeze, Florida, she made her acting debut by playing a character in the soap-opera 'All My Child'. Her performance earned her the 'Soap Opera Digest Award in the category of Outstanding Female Newcomer. In the years that followed she was mostly in character roles as guest. In the show Hawthorne, she was praised for playing in the character of Dr. Erin Jameson. Her stunning looks and acting talent her character slowly grew an audience. As she approached the age of 20 years old, the actress began her film debut as a character in 'Campfire Stones. Her other films include "Jekyll", "This Means War" as well as "Chasing Mavericks". The role she played in the film "Beautiful Now" earned her a nomination for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. On the television show "Timeless the actress played Lucy Preston the history professor.
